Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences holds a position of paramount importance among the people of Bagmati Province. It is my privilege and honour to serve as the Founding Vice-Chancellor of MBAHS, and I express my utmost gratitude to the Provincial Government for entrusting me with this responsibility.

I fully recognize the significant demands and pressures placed upon all members of our team in the process of establishing a deemed university, as well as the sacrifices they have made along the way.
